Helen trained at Bird College, where she gained a BA (Hons) in Professional Dance & Musical Theatre.

She has most recently appeared on BBC 1’s The Greatest Dancer, as a member of an all female jazz group The Queens. After being chosen to be one of Cheryl’s final 3 acts, they made it through to the live finals.

​

She is also a member of the 1920s style, musical theatre company The Gatsby Girls, who perform nationally and internationally.
